cooking up the offense like he's cooking ravioli

pottery barn still has not contacted me, eventhough in their email to me they said:

Thank you for your message. If you requested a response, it will be sent within 24 hours.

i can’t say i am surprised they haven’t responded yet, but i sure wish they would do what they said they would at least once in this process.
