The Chiefs have an RSS feed. It is pretty obvious they would since Jeffrey Zeldman redid their site for them, but nice none-the-less. Update: the RSS feed doesn’t work And they have an add for Billy Graham’s Crusade. I wrote them and told them they needed to fix both issues. Update 2: The Chiefs no [ READ MORE ]
I am trying to clean a nonstick pan and I just can’t get it completely clean. Does anyone know any secret remedies for cleaning these pans. Obviously I can’t use any sort of metal, but are there any tricks such as soaking or special homemade solutions that eat away at the mess? [ READ MORE ]
I stopped by George Bush’s website today to see about signing up for email alerts and what I found has made me just about the maddest I have gotten this entire election season. The “questions” are not supported by any background detail. The first question asks something to the effect of which year, 2004 or 1996, [ READ MORE ]
On my way home from class tonight I saw the Apple sign was starting to go up. I ran home, got my camera, and snapped this picture. I am not sure how much longer they have on the store, but last month the foreman told me they would be done on the 17th. I can’t quite [ READ MORE ]
I was forwarded this humorous ad this morning. While it is meant to be funny ( I think it is from Mad Magazine ), it is sad that politicians only claim religion when it is good for them. We just got back from the Royals game and it was so much fun. They destroyed the Yankees, scoring 10 runs in the 5th inning alone. The Yanks pretty much never had a chnace. It is so sad that eventhough the Royals handedly beat the Yankees, the visiting team had more fans at the game, well, [ READ MORE ]
I found this pretty sweet flash game over at Bush’s reelection site. Actually the game is incredibly awful. First, its mean and second, the game is so stupid because game-play is non-existant. How can you answer “John Kerry says he has a big SUV” with the options “For” or “Against”? The answer is, you can’t. [ READ MORE ]
Rachel had me rent and watch 13 Going on 30. I think they already made this movie and called it Big. I guess the fact that I know this makes me old. Big was such a good movie, much better than 13 going on 30, actually. This somehow reminds me of the best bumper sticker I [ READ MORE ]
My stitches came out yesterday, so Rachel let me buy a few CDs. I got Bruce Springsteen’s Nebraska and the new live concert from O.A.R., 34th and 8th. I am really liking Nebraska, just Bruce, his guitar and a harmonica – really cool. And of course, O.A.R.’s concert is great. I watched the DVD last [ READ MORE ]
