Game 1

And their off! What else would you expect from the teams that led their respective league in runs scored than what we got in Game 1. It was a wild 11-9 victory for the Boston Red Sox. I think losing Game 1 is trouble for the Cardinals since the Sox sent, in my opinion, their weakest starting pitcher to the mound for the first game. With Tim Wakefield you know what pitch is coming, you just have to hit the ball as it floats by. Curt Schilling and Pedro Martinez are going to be tough to beat, especially twice. Enjoy Game 2 tonight.
