I was over at Amazon today and noticed the little Pi/2 logo and was curious about it. I found out that since I had been using A9 for some searching Amazon was giving me an extra Pi/2% (or 1.57%) discount on all purchases. They say they don’t advertise it and rely only on word of mouth so I thought I should let someone know.
How does one take advantage of it? Thanks for the tip!
I am not exactly sure. I have been using Firefox for my browser and one of the extensions was the A9.com extension, so I am sure that is how they found out about me and gave me the extra discount. I am not sure if you can simply go to their website and signup. Firefox is really cool and if using A9 once in a while to get an extra discount is all it takes, it is worth it.
Use A9 to search for anything…I believe it will then use cookies to give you a discount.
