well it’s obvious, yet not widely known: this is a picture of W and his conjoined twin Herbert. they do the best they can to cover H up since he isn’t really part of the orginization at all. I mean, what do you ACTUALLY think that potrusion was during the debates on W’s back? of course, it was H. it’s so clear now. anyway, they are obviously getting ready for a picture. so the first thing that W is doing is putting his midget away. and of course, the midget lives inside his pants. now his conjoined twin behind him is hiding his shrunken head behind his back, but it’s still visible in his hand. he calls it Mr. Sparklepants.
