WoW Prairie Dog

Rachel wants a prairie dog in the game, so I did a little research. We need a “prairie dog whistle” from Thunder Bluff in Horde Territory. Can anyone get that for her?

    Actually you can get one in Ratchet I believe, one of the goblins has a quest that you have to find Tubers and he gives you a prairie dog whistle, he is standing near a building that is next to the Deactivated Shredder I believe.
