I am leaving for Seattle in the morning (5:20 am flight, ouch) with a few coworkers. We will be attending Beyond Usability: Designing the Complete User Experience. The presentation focuses on all the work that goes into planning for a usable website. Every single point they highlight on the overview is going to be valuable for us as we continue designing our new product.

Hopefully I can take a few more cameraphone pictures than I did from my trip last month to New York. The presentation is in the Seattle Public Library, which looks really cool.
