cooking up the offense like he's cooking ravioli

I used to be a pretty big Dallas Mavericks fan, and that was in the early 90’s where in five years they won as many games as some teams win in a season. That’s a bit of an exaggeration, but the 92-93 season only yielded 11 wins! Since I haven’t lived in a basketball city since leaving Texas, I have remained a Mavs fan. It’s great to see that they made it to the finals tonight.
