Even-though I haven’t written much about it lately, Swap-bot has been chugging along very nicely for the past few months. Rachel has done a very nice job with our documentation (see the FAQ and the rating info) and tonight it really paid off. No emails from Swap-bot that required my response! In the past, before we had any documentation, I would spend at least 30-60 minutes a night working on Swap-bot emails and issues. Picture me rollin’! (anyone – except Rachel – who can tell me what that is from wins something. and google isn’t your friend here. Tupac said, but why did I write it?)
